Jennifer Fugo, MS, CNS, LDN
Director + Lead Clinical Nutritionist

Jennifer Fugo, MS, CNS, LDN is a functional clinical nutritionist, international speaker, thought leader, founder of Quell Essentials skin + supplement line, and the host of the Healthy Skin Show.
She received her Master’s in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and Bachelor’s from New School University. Jennifer is a licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist as well as a member of the American Nutrition Association. She lectures at universities and professional conferences on her research and the unique method she uses to address chronic skin problems from an integrative perspective.
Jennifer’s experience suffering from dyshidrotic hand eczema and hidradenitis suppurativa ultimately drove her to find answers that ultimately put her own skin issues into remission (after failing to find any integrative or functional options that helped). She brings a level of empathy and understanding into her private virtual practice as a result of knowing what it’s really like to live and struggle with chronic skin problems.
With time, creativity, lots of research and a deep passion to help her clients, Jennifer developed her own method of addressing various chronic skin issues that has helped over 1000 clients worldwide in her private practice as well as through her self-study program called the Skin Rash Rebuild.
Leading a team of clinical nutritionists consulting on adult cases worldwide, she has experience working with conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, perioral dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, chronic hives/urticaria and Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) — with clientele ranging from regular folks to celebrities + professional athletes.
In 2020, Jennifer launched Quell Essentials, her own custom-formulated skincare and supplement line specifically designed to support individuals with sensitive skin concerns looking for clean, natural products that work, available at www.QuellShop.com.
Emma Gould, BSc (Hons), DipCNM, mBANT, CNHC, AFMCP
Associate Clinical Nutritionist

Emma Gould is a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist in the UK with a degree in Human Biology and Psychology. She’s also a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
Emma’s own personal experience with psoriasis started around 15 years ago, which initially led her down the conventional route that left her skin constantly smothered in steroid creams that ultimately reached a point where her skin stopped responding to the medication.
Knowing that there must be another way, Emma began exploring the link between what is happening inside the body and how this is reflected in your skin.
Within a few months of committed dietary and lifestyle changes, her skin had cleared and she’s never looked back! This led her to a new path of living out her passion while helping others to heal their skin from the inside out.

By making dedicated dietary and lifestyle changes, Sara saw significant improvements to her symptoms. This personal and empowering transformation inspired her to help others do the same. With clients, she takes a hyper personalized approach, focusing on finding the root causes of health issues, connecting the dots between symptoms, and creating sustainable habits that support healing while keeping the joy, pleasure, and traditions around food intact.
When she’s not working with clients, Sara enjoys seeing live performances, taking long walks in Central Park, dancing, reading, and cooking.
